Woods and her daughter Tiana Allman, the store provides a dedicated e-commerce platform to help Black entrepreneurs grow their audience and income without the need to manage a physical storefront.

With the motto "You grow, we grow, we all grow," the business offers a unique and intentional shopping experience, showcasing clothing, beauty products, books, home décor, and more—primarily from small, Black-owned businesses in Connecticut and beyond.

The name "ITS" honors Tia’s children and grandchildren, symbolizing a long-term vision of generational wealth and lasting impact within the Black community.
